Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Video to Link at video2link.net. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, safeguard access to your account, and be responsible for activity occurring through it.

Video to Link creates temporary hosted video links. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, display and delete that content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content, each recipient you share with, and the access code you choose. Links are public to anyone who has the URL unless an access code is enabled; access-code protection is not a substitute for careful sharing.

Do not upload, link to, distribute or facilitate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, harmful to children, privacy-invasive, malicious, phishing-related, or intended to disrupt the Service or another person. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, security measures or rate limits.

Links and files expire according to the plan and duration you select. You must keep your own backups: the Service is not archival storage. We may remove expired, incomplete, unlawful, infringing, abusive or risky content, and may limit or suspend the Service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or operations.

Plan limits and prices are shown at checkout. Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for subscriptions and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes and invoices. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing interval until cancellation.

You may cancel renewal from the Subscription page at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; paid features remain available through the end of the current paid billing period. Current-period payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Changes to a plan, price or billing terms apply only as disclosed before they take effect.

The Service, its software, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and share your content.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every video format, or that a link will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. If a material change affects your use, we will provide notice where required. You may stop using the Service at any time. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@video2link.net.
